You must log in before you can view or reply to your tickets. To log in, click on the Sign In button on the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you do not have an account, you can set one up using the Sign Up link next to the New to Orion Systems text on the dialog. You will need to following the instructions to confirm the account with your email.
After you log in, click on the profile icon on the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on My Activities. Your open ticket(s) will be displayed. Clicking on a ticket will show you the history of the ticket and allow you to reply to it.
If you want to open a new ticket, you can click on the Contact Us button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Please do not open new tickets for an ongoing problem which has a ticket assigned to it. If you want to update the ticket, click on the ticket and reply to it or reply to it from your email.
